Adji is developmentally disabled

It is scary enough when a six-year old child is missing, but a developmentally disabled one?

Adji functions at approximately a two-year old level and speaks less than five words.

It should be noted that Adji is able to understand quite a bit when spoken to, and that his primary language is Haitian Creole.

Another thing to remember is that Adji may hide from searchers.
